I’ve received no acknowledgement of my donation, have you received it?
If your bank or credit card statement has been debited and you have not received an acknowledegment from the DEC, please email your full name, address and postcode together with the date of debit, the debit reference code and the donation amount, to donations@dec.org.uk.
