I’ve tried to donate online with no success. What are you doing about it?
Thank you for your enquiry. If your donation was successful you would have received a successful screen page stating: “The Donation was Received”. This will be followed by a 'thank you' email sent to the address provided. If you did not see or receive either of these acknowledgments, you can try donating again making sure that you complete all the fields marked with an asterisk (*).
Please ensure that as you enter your details within multiple choice fields e.g. Card Type, click your mouse away so that the field is set to the selection you have chosen. If you are in any doubt as to whether your donation has been processed, please contact your issuing card company as we normally process donations within 24 hours Monday to Friday. The beneficiary narrative that will appear against the debit on your statement will be BN DEC MYANMAR. Any donations received over a weekend are processed by midnight on Monday.
