I wasn’t asked how much I wanted to donate on the telephone line. Can you confirm if there has been anything debited from my account?
If you did not confirm a donation amount on the automated 24/7 telephone line but left your name and address including post code, you will receive a letter from us confirming that we were unable to process your donation. You can either wait to receive this letter, which is usually sent three to four weeks after you donated, or alternatively email donations@dec.org.uk.
