What do I have to do for the DEC to reclaim the tax/Gift Aid on my donation?

For the DEC to reclaim the tax/Gift Aid on your donation you must complete a Gift Aid declaration form. You can do this either by downloading and filling out our Myanmar (Burma) Cyclone Donation by post form and sending it to us, or by requesting a DEC Gift Aid declaration form by sending an email to donations@dec.org.uk.
If you have already sent your donation payment and now wish the DEC to reclaim the tax/Gift Aid on your donation, please ensure details are included about how the gift was originally donated. The form should be sent to: DEC Bangladesh Cyclone Appeal, PO Box 999, London EC3A 3AA.
