Do you have a Gift Aid declaration form that I can download?
Yes. You can download our donate by post form and use it as a Gift Aid form. This form can also be used to make your donation payment. If you have paid your donation at a bank you can use this form to Gift Aid your donation, BUT please ensure that you attach the bank/post office/Paypoint counterfoil so that we can audit trail your donation to meet HMRC (HM Revenue & Customs) Gift Aid rules.
