Can you email me a Gift Aid form?
You can download our donate by post form and use it as a Gift Aid form. This form can also be used to make your donation payment. If you have paid your donation at a bank counter you can use this form to Gift Aid your donation, BUT please ensure that you attach the counterfoil so that we can audit trail your donation for HM Revenue and Customs purposes.
