Musician bands with Scottish agencies for Bangladesh
EMERGENCY NUMBERS NOW GREATER THAN SCOTTISH POPULATION
WHAT: Launch by leading Scottish agencies for Bangladesh
They will be joined by Stuart Murdoch, lead singer of Belle and Sebastian, who is going to support the appeal.
Scottish aid agencies estimate that there are around 5 million people who are affected by cyclone that has struck Bangladesh.
All of the agencies are working in the area and appealing to the Scottish public to donate to help them with their work. Money raised will be used for immediate needs such as food, clean water, medicines and shelter.
