DEC members have capacity and long-term presence in Bangladesh - including pre-positioned staff and resources - to deliver humanitarian relief. These are: World Vision, Tearfund, Save the Children, Oxfam, Islamic Relief, HelpAge International, Concern Worldwide, Christian Aid, Care International UK, CAFOD, British Red Cross through International Red Crescent and Red Cross, and ActionAid.
