More than 1.8 million people in Pakistan have been helped by DEC funds since floods swept the country in July and August of 2010 following the worst monsoon rains in the country’s history.

Donors gave £71m to the DEC’s 2010 Pakistan Floods Appeal after more than 18 million people were affected by the disaster. Please note that fundraising for this appeal is now closed.
