The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) today (Thurs 3 March) launches an appeal to raise urgent funds to help those forced to flee their homes amid escalating conflict. More than 750,000 people have fled Ukraine in the last week and many more have been displaced inside the country due to intense fighting.

The Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) has launched an urgent appeal to raise funds to help those forced to flee their homes in Ukraine in what is predicted to be the biggest refugee crisis this century. 

Donations to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal are reaching people in Ukraine and those who have fled to neighbouring countries. Find out the many ways DEC charities and their local partners are helping.

The total includes generous donations from Her Majesty the Queen, HRH The Prince of Wales and The Duke of Cambridge.
