As humanitarians have prepared for a massive scale-up in 2023 to meet the needs of 17.6 million people affected by the conflict in Ukraine, a spotlight on two-way communication and engagement with communities is paramount to ensure efficient, effective and accountable delivery of assistance.


Since May 2022, CDAC Network has provided quarterly snapshots of the status of communication, community engagement and accountability (CCEA) across the Ukraine response. The quarterly snapshot reports cover progress and remaining gaps and barriers observed during a year, with recommendations to improve collective CCEA efforts.
