Funds raised between 28 April and 9 June 2021 for India totalled £14 million.

Donations to our appeal are now funding work in Afghanistan, DR Congo, India, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen and the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh.

With £14 million raised after the DEC extended our Coronavirus Appeal to include India, DEC charities have scaled up their work, but warn that there is more to do.

A study into the DEC-funded response to the 2018 earthquakes and tsunami in Sulawesi, Indonesia to help inform future responses.
