A year ago, on 28 March 2025, a powerful 7.7 magnitude earthquake devastated huge areas of Myanmar. One year on, DEC funds are continuing to support people impacted by the earthquake as they rebuild their lives and look towards the future.

Six months on from the ceasefire agreement, humanitarian need is Gaza remains incredibly high. Families are living in cramped makeshift shelters with little access to essential services. Despite the challenges, DEC charities and their local partners are providing lifesaving support to people thanks to generous donations.
