Donations from the UK public are helping farmers restart their livelihoods following last year’s devastating floods, and face up to an uncertain future.

Seven DEC charities are working either directly or through local partners to help people affected by the flooding, including search and rescue operations, providing food and clean water and by receiving evacuees in Mykolaiv, Odesa and other cities.

It's been a year since the launch of the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. This photo gallery gives a snapshot of how millions of acts of generosity are making a difference for those affectd by the conflict, thanks to your generous donations.

Donations to our appeal are now funding work in Afghanistan, DR Congo, India, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen and the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh.
